5 Healthy Chocolate Treats You Must Try
I‘m grain-free, healthy food and treat crazy! I love photography, food styling and experimenting with new flavours and ingredients from my travels and experiences.I’ve loved baking from a young age, however more recently I’ve wanted to learn and experiment with food after becoming intolerant to grains and gluten. I wanted to create delicious and healthy meals that were free from refined sugar, grains and gluten, yet still tasted like the real deal. I don’t want my creations to taste healthy but I want people to feel healthy and energised after eating them.

Line a large tray with parchment.
Preheat the oven to Gas mark 6.
Mix the first set of ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a small pan over a low heat, melt the oil, almond butter and syrup together.
Once melted, combined and smooth, pour into the dry mix with the milk and mix well.
Stir through the quinoa puffs and chocolate chunks.
Roll the mix into 20 equal balls and then flatten to about 1cm thick before popping on the lined tray.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes – until golden at the edges.
Remove from the oven and pop on a wire rack to cool – keeps for 2 – 5 days.
