Ooni’s Premium Hardwood Pellets are the ideal fuel for pellet-fuelled pizza ovens like the Ooni Fyra. The pellets are made from 100% oak, which lights easily, burns efficiently and produces very little ash waste. They’re also PEFC certified to ensure they are sustainably produced and are manufactured to ENplus standards. One 3 kg bag of pellets will last for a good two to three hours of continuous cooking and you can get your first pizza cooked with just 300 g of pellets. The pellets are ‘food safe’ and suitable for use in other pellet grills and barbecues.
