FREE UK RETURNS

We offer a free returns service in the UK via Collectplus. 

If your item is faulty or breaks please contact us on info@bearandbear.com with details, a photo and video (if possible) because in some cases we will exchange or refund your item without you needing to return it.

If you decide to return any product then please follow the steps below:


STEP 1. CREATE YOUR FREE COLLECT+ RETURNS LABEL.

Step 1. Create Your Label


STEP 2. DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR LABEL

Look out for an email from Bear & Bear. This email contains a link to download your Collect+ label so you can print it off. 

STEP 3. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Before sending your return back to us you need to register it so it can be easily managed by our warehouse.  You can do this either using the link in the email from Step 2, or by clicking the button below. 

You will need your order number and shipping postcode for this step. 

Not registering your return could result in delays to exchanges and refunds.

THE LABEL SHOWN IN THIS STEP IS NOT THE FREE COLLECT+ LABEL, IGNORE THIS LABEL.

Step 3. Register Your Return


STEP 4: PREPARING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

Product Condition: In order to return an unwanted product it must be in perfect unused condition with all the original packaging in a state that is suitable for resale. If this is not the case, contact info@bearandbear.com before returning your item.

Preparing your Collect+ label: Open the file from the email in Step 2, download and print off the label. Next, cut out the shipping label along the dotted lines and attach it to your original packaging so that it covers the barcode of the original label.

Packing Slip: Please include your original packing slip if possible. Alternatively you can include a note with your name, email address, order number and product you are returning.

Return Packaging: If you no longer have the original packaging then you can use alternative packaging, but you must ensure that it will protect the returned items during transit and is sealed closed properly.

RETURNS FAQS

We are always working to improve the ease of our returns systems and are developing a more seamless system.  This process allows us to efficiently offer free returns in the UK, quickly identify your order, process your return and process your refund.

30 Day Return Window

You can return any full price or sale/discounted product within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. If you would like to return an item or order outside of the 30 day period you will need to contact our customer support team.

Time Taken To Process Return And Issue Refund

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in perfect, resaleable condition then we will issue you a refund. It normally takes 1-2 days for us to log the receipt and 3-5 days to process the refund.

Tracking Your Return

If you want to track your return en route to our warehouse then you can use the code generated on your receipt to track your parcel here or you can use the link in the email you received in Step 2. 

Refunding Shipping Charges

Please note that if your original order included a shipping charge, this will not be refunded if you have chosen to return your item (unless otherwise stated). If there is a fault or defect with your item and the best resolution is a refund then in most cases we will also refund any shipping charges.

Preparing Your Return

Print out your returns label and attach it securely to the original packaging that you received your order in or packaging of similar quality. When sending a return parcel please ensure that any previous shipping labels used are removed or completely covered with the new returns label. Drop it off at any shop offering CollectPlus services – you can find a map of the closest shop offering the CollectPlus service by entering your postcode into the “find a store” search bar at the top of this page

Items Must Be Returned In Perfect Condition...

All items returned must be in perfect unused condition including original packaging and labels in order to be eligible for refunds. The order number must be included in the return parcel as well otherwise it will be difficult for our returns team to identify your order.
